BookaBuilderUk is a matchmaking platform between homeowners and tradespeople. Homeowners post requirements of the work they need doing, and an advanced algorithm decides which tradespeople to send the job to based on category and location.
Whilst employed at BookaBuilderUK, our co-founder Joe was the sole developer on this project and built the platform from the ground-up. From designing the database to writing the job sending algorithm. Joe was responsible for the UI/UX, the back-end functionality, member account logins, the creation of an internal CRM to manage the platform, API integrations and more.
Key successes:
- Development and optimisation of a high-converting landing page for paid advertising. The page converted at ~25% consistently for over 2 years.
- Developed a bespoke dynamic lead form to capture detailed job specifications which enabled the business to identify various product requirements for potential partner promotions.
- Optimisation of the internal admin area to streamline the sales processes to help achieve consistent year on year growth from the sales departments.
- Developed advanced reporting features to give insight into category and location based performance metrics.
